Tom ** did an outstanding job in evaluation our Surf Avenue Condo Association Complex for termite damage which had occurred previously. Western Exterminator has exceeded my expectations. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, attentive and very pleasant. Austin is the technician for our home-he’s top of the line in every regard. Their prices are reasonable, they are thorough-making suggestions of actions we can take to decrease our exposure(in a very polite way.) I wish I would’ve done this years ago!

Had issue with mice in the attic. Called and was immediately contacted by Kirk and made a quick appointment to evaluate the problem. Checked out attic, basement and even when outside to check for entry points. Was informative and assuring. Due to a vacation planned he was very accommodating with contacting me and setting up future appointments. Great experience.Had issue with mice in the attic. The technician was courteous and friendly. The service technician always asks what I would like to have taken care. They are concerned about safety of children and pets and outdoor areas and plants.
